If you are unable to access surveys or certain parts of our website, it may be because your connection is being detected as coming from a different country or anonymized network.
This is most commonly caused by:
- VPN services
- Apple iCloud Private Relay (iPhone/iPad/Mac)
Why this happens
To ensure fair participation and prevent fraud, we verify your location and connection.
Services like VPNs or iCloud Private Relay:
- Hide your real IP address
- Route your traffic through another country
- Make it difficult to verify your location
As a result, our system may block access to surveys or account features.
How to fix it
To continue, please temporarily disable any VPN or Private Relay service.
iPhone / iPad (iCloud Private Relay)
- Open Settings
- Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)
- Go to iCloud
- Tap Private Relay
- Turn it Off
Alternative (Safari only)
You can also disable Private Relay just for our website:
- Open the website in Safari
- Tap the “AA” icon in the address bar
- Select “Show IP Address” or “Allow Website to See Your IP Address”
Using a VPN?
If you are using a VPN:
- Turn it off temporarily
- Refresh the page
- Try accessing the survey again
Important
- You can re-enable your VPN or Private Relay after completing the survey
- Disabling it is only required while accessing our services
