It has not been possible to complete my profile (or any other survey) as the continue button is out of reach at the bottom of my screen when I scroll down.

Try to reload the page (press F5). Try to zoom out in your browser (Hold CTRL and use your mouse-wheel). Try to go back (press Backspace). If that doesn't work, please close the survey and start it again.
